Job Responsibilities:
Manage and execute residential construction projects from start to handover.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP coordination.
Ensure projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, manpower, and subcontractors.
Monitor material requirements, project progress, billing, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and resolve site issues.
Manage snagging, finishing, and final project handover.
Required Skills: Project Planning, Site Execution, Contractor Management, Quality Control, Cost Control, Team Management, AutoCAD & MS Excel. Preferred: Solid experience in residential building construction from RCC to finishing and handover.Role & responsibilities
