Location: Hospital-Based (Field Role)

Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years (Healthcare/Insurance marketing experience preferred)

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA/Marketing preferred)

Job Responsibilities:
Visit insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate offices to build and maintain professional relationships.
Generate recent insurance tie-ups and referral leads for the hospital.
Coordinate with insurance representatives regarding empanelment, claims, and business opportunities.
Promote the hospital’s healthcare services to insurance partners.
Conduct regular follow-ups with insurance companies to increase patient referrals.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the hospital’s insurance network.
Maintain records of meetings, leads,



and business development activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of insurance-related cases.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valuable negotiation and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
