Role &

Responsibilities Sales Officer
Identify and develop new business prospects in industries, hospitals, commercial establishments, and government organizations.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Promote Pulsesoft's Smart Water Management, Industrial Automation, IoT, SCADA, and Digital Transformation solutions.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up on inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and payment collections.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and business meetings.
Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis,



and customer feedback to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Management preferred).
1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, automation, water treatment, electrical, instrumentation, or related fields.
Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Valuable communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales and customer meetings.
Basic understanding of industrial operations, water management, or automation solutions will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven personality.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
