You would be expected to:
Support Subcontracting (Subcon) Finance through costing, reporting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.
· Partner with operations, procurement, and manufacturing teams to provide insights,
improve financial performance, and support decision-making.
· Drive finance transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, reporting, and analytics across Subcon operations.
· Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, improve data visibility, and enhance reporting efficiency.
· Develop and maintain dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting tools to support operational and financial management.
· Support testing, deployment, training, and change management for new processes, systems, and reporting solutions.
· Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance within costing and reporting activities.
· Continuously leverage digital tools and analytics to improve efficiency, scalability, and business insights.
