Roles and Responsibilities
Develop current products by formulating existing products based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA/QC, Production, Marketing to ensure seamless product development process.
Conduct research to improve product quality, stability, and efficacy through analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, Dissolution etc.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records of testing results and documentation.
