Shape the global launch strategy for one of the most anticipated treatments in diabetes care – and turn bold ambition into real-world impact for millions of patients.

Your new role
You will drive and support key strategic projects that underpin the launch preparedness of CagriSema . From insights foundation and Go-To-Market strategy to chance sizing and market archetyping, you will translate complex inputs into explicit commercial direction at a defining moment for our diabetes portfolio.
Your responsibilities will be split between strategic project management (70%) and stakeholder management (30%).

Day-to-day, your tasks will include:
Leading the development of the Go-To-Market strategy for CagriSema – including "Where to Play" analysis (opportunity sizing, T2D landscape, unmet needs, competitive environment, patient journey, drivers & barriers), "Who to Engage" (HCP and patient segmentation,



stakeholder mapping across policy and payers) and "How to Win" (competitive positioning, patient profiles and brand strategy contribution)
Supporting the development of aspiration and execution plans, applying Novo Nordisk best practices for commercial thinking and direction setting
Driving insights generation and analytics to identify, qualify and quantify areas of chance for CagriSema launch and business growth
Reporting to senior management on progress, risks and mitigation plans, and communicating recommendations in a compelling, motivating way
Coordinating pre-launch and launch activities in close collaboration with the wider commercial team, affiliates and cross-TA partners (especially NNI, IO SO and Priority Markets)
Engaging affiliate teams proactively – anticipating their needs, providing constructive challenge and ensuring timely training and marketing materials
Managing project budgets and ensuring stron
