Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager – HNI, your core responsibility is to manage and grow a portfolio of High Net-Worth Individuals by offering personalized financial solutions and delivering exceptional service. Your role will encompass the following key areas:
Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and acquire recent HNI clients through strategic networking, referrals, and market research.
Explore and develop current territories to expand the client base and increase market penetration.




Build a solid pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into long-term relationships.
Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HNI clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
Understand clients’ financial goals, preferences, and risk profiles to deliver customized solutions.
Strengthen client relationships to increase share of wallet and ensure long-term retention.
Investment Advisory & Financial Planning
Provide expert guidance on financial planning, asset allocation, and portfolio structuring.
Recommend suitable investment products across asset classes including equity, debt, mutual funds, structured products, and alternative investments.
Stay abreast of market trends and economic developments to offer timely and relevant advice.
Portfolio Management & Revenue Growth
Monitor client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with financial objectives and market conditions.
