Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to identify potential clients for US Staffing services.
Acquire new clients by understanding their hiring requirements, negotiating rates, contracts, and service agreements, and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by handling their communication, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service.
Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and other client agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Work collaboratively with recruitment teams to ensure efficient service delivery, coordinate activities, and achieve business objectives.
Achieve business development and revenue targets by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, expanding client base, and exploring current business opportunities.
Responsible for identifying market trends, competitor analysis,



and staying up-to-date with industry developments to inform business strategies.
Utilize data analytics and market research to inform sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and business development activities to inform future strategies.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in US Staffing Business Development, with a solid track record of achieving business targets and expanding client bases.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of staffing/recruitment processes, agreements, and compliance requirements.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
Highly organized, with excellent time management skill
