Position Responsibilities

The role will involve the following critical activities:

Perform CLO Compliance testing and review across multiple deals and platforms.
Calculate and analyze CLO Waterfalls, income distributions, and asset coverage tests.
Provide support on CLO warehouse close activities,



including asset transfer and reconciliations.Manage trade closing and settlement processes in accordance with standard procedures.
Process loan servicing notices, including rate resets, paydowns, prepayments, and corporate actions.
Perform daily and monthly cash and position reconciliations with custodians, trustees, and internal systems.
Liaise with portfolio managers, trustees, agents, and counterparties to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Maintain and update data in systems such as WSO Admin, WSO Web, and ClearPar.
Extract and verify credit data from S&P; and Moody’s for compliance and reporting.
Support UAT for recent functionality or system enhancements.
Lead or assist in the documentation of current processes and internal training initiatives (for Team Lead role).

Expertise And Qualifications

MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 3+ years (Senior Analyst) / 5+ years (Team Lead) experience in
