Skills Required

MBA (Finance)/B.Com/M.Com with 3–5 years of experience in Bank Loan/CLO Operations.
Good understanding of the syndicated loan and CLO lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with WSO, Markit – ClearPar, Geneva.
Basic understanding of CLO structures, Warehouse ,



and CLO Lifecycle.
Familiarity with CLO Compliance, Collateral & Coverage Tests, and Trustee reporting is preferred.
Solid MS Excel skills.
Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to train and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

The role will involve the following critical activities:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly loan, cash, position, and interest reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve cash, position, and trade breaks.
Coordinate with clients, custodians, agents, and counterparties for issue resolution.
Process trade settlements, wire movements, and loan lifecycle events (rollovers, repricing, resets, amendments).
Prepare assignment and participation documentation.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational controls.
Support process improvements and train junior team members
