About the role
The Finance Business Partner – FP&A; & Business Performance will be a key member of the Global Quality & Supply Chain (QSCP) Finance team, providing financial planning,



forecasting, business performance analysis and strategic decision support across Global Quality, EHS & Engineering, Strategy, Operations and QSC Central Functions.

This role combines robust FP&A; capability, financial governance, business partnering and data analytics expertise to support senior stakeholders in driving business performance. The successful candidate will transform complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights, helping leaders make informed decisions while continuously driving simplification, standardisation and automation across finance processes.

The role provides a unique opportunity to work with senior global stakeholders and serve as a critical finance partner supporting Annual Business Planning, forecasting, performance management, investment governance and financial reporting excellence.
