Experience:
Candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience will be preferred
Prior exposure to SEBI Compliance, PMS, RIA, AIF, Audit, Taxation, or Financial Services will be an added advantage

Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team as a SEBI Compliance Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling regulatory compliance activities related to Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Registered Investment Advisory (RIA), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), along with supporting taxation and audit functions. This role offers an excellent prospect to build expertise in the Wealth Management and Financial Services industry while working closely with experienced specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

SEBI Compliance
Handle compliance activities related to PMS, RIA, and AIF operations
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly,



and half-yearly compliance reports
Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, circulars, and guidelines
Manage regulatory filings and maintain compliance documentation
Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities as required
Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary compliance measures
Perform additional compliance-related assignments as assigned

Direct Taxation & Audit
Handle TDS, Income Tax, Capital Gain Tax, and related compliances
Support internal audits and quarterly audit activities
Maintain compliance records and documentation
Assist in tax planning and reporting functions
Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory requirements
