Role &
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook &
Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Generate high-quality leads for Neralu Farms' managed farmland and plotted development projects.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence by scheduling posts, reels, and campaigns.
Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams to create engaging marketing creatives.
Manage property listings on platforms such as 99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks, and other real estate portals.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
Perform SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Publish blogs and update website content regularly.
Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
Maintain marketing reports and present campaign insights to the management.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, MBA, or any relevant field.
01 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing,



or Performance Marketing.
Freshers with relevant certifications and strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Experience in social media management and campaign execution.
Knowledge of Canva, MS Excel, and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
