Demand Generation Executive IT Staffing & Consulting

Role Summary:

Responsible for generating qualified business leads and appointments for IT staffing and consulting services through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, market research, and networking. The role involves prospecting GCCs and global organizations, identifying decision-makers, understanding hiring requirements, scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM data, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
Identify GCCs, enterprises, and global organizations requiring IT staffing/consulting.
Research companies, hiring trends, decision-makers, and technology requirements.
Use LinkedIn, Lusha, Google, and other lead-generation platforms.
Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to international prospects.
Qualify leads and understand client hiring requirements.
Schedule business meetings, demos, and sales presentations.
Maintain and nurture the sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.




Update CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Coordinate with recruitment, delivery, sales, and account-management teams.
Track lead generation, conversion, meetings, and sales KPIs.
Prepare reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

Must-Have Skills:
IT staffing / recruitment / IT services lead generation experience.
B2B lead generation and outbound sales.
Cold calling and appointment setting.
LinkedIn prospecting and decision-maker identification.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
International client interaction.
Solid follow-up and pipeline management.
CRM knowledge.
Positive Excel and PowerPoint skills.
