As a Business Analyst - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects,



developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Core Responsibilities at This Level Include:
• Analyzing operational datasets using SQL / MySQL Workbench to extract and interpret data.
• Developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Creating and modifying Power BI data models, Power Query transformations, and DAX calculations.
• Translating analytical insights into actionable business recommendations and operational
improvements.
• Supporting development of reporting solutions that monitor operational performance and financial
metrics.
• Collaborating with analytics and engineering teams to ensure reporting solutions align with business
requirements.
