Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring favorable and viable agreements.
Client Relations: Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Risk Management: Assess and mitigate commercial and financial risks.
Performance Analysis: Analyze business data to identify growth areas and report on performance.
Team Leadership: Oversee contractors, vendors, and internal teams to align with commercial goals.
