Role & responsibilities
Assist in API production activities as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
Operate and monitor production equipment under the guidance of seniors.
Record batch manufacturing data accurately.
Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Support cleaning, line clearance, and equipment preparation.
Report any deviations or abnormalities to the supervisor.
Participate in training programs and learn manufacturing processes.
Comply with company policies and EHS requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical/API manufacturing.
Willingness to learn and work in shifts.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and discipline.
