Roles & Responsibilities -
Train and coach recent joiners on Physician Billing process.
Monitor team productivity and quality as per defined targets.
Provide regular feedback and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Ensure adherence to client guidelines
Track and maintain performance reports (Productivity & Quality).
Support Team Leads in trainee confirmation based on performance.
Ensure Internal & External SLA compliance.
Follow company policies and maintain process discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile -
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Physician Billing (QA experience On Papers Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Physician Billing, Denial Management, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Experience in training, coaching, or handling team performance.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Solid analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to handle performance improvement and escalations.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Willing to work in Night Shift (Chennai Location).
