Role & responsibilities The Business Intelligence Executive will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving Power BI dashboards and business reports that support decision-making across Sales, Retail, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Leadership teams. The role will work closely with the CTO and cross-functional stakeholders to convert raw business data into meaningful dashboards, insights and automated reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI Dashboard Development
Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and business reports.
Create KPI-driven dashboards for Sales, Retail, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams.
Ensure dashboards are accurate, user-friendly and optimized for performance.

Business Reporting and Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
Analyze trends, exceptions and key business movements to support leadership decisions.




Convert data into actionable insights through visualization and reporting.

SQL and Data Management
Write SQL queries for data extraction, validation and reporting.
Work with data sources such as ERP, CRM, Excel and other internal systems.
Maintain data accuracy, consistency and version control across dashboards and reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should have hands-on Power BI dashboard development experience.
Should be comfortable working with SQL and multiple business data sources.
Should have exposure to MIS, reporting automation and business KPI dashboards.
Local Udaipur candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Udaipur will be preferred.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing or supply chain reporting will be an advantage.
