Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill sets to identify suitable candidates.
Perform candidate screening, resume evaluation, and initial technical/communication assessments.
Experience working on US staffing requirements including contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Coordinate with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring priorities and provide timely updates.
Schedule interviews, manage candidate follow-ups, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate offers, handle candidate queries, and support successful closures.




Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and daily activity reports.

Preferred candidate profile
2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Hands-on experience with US IT staffing lifecycle and recruitment processes.
Solid understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
Experience sourcing candidates through

Good knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
Experience working on W2, C2C, and Full time requirements preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working in US Shift timings.
