Assistant Channel Partner (Real Estate)

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
Identify and onboard current channel partners to expand the sales network.
Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and project presentations for channel partners.
Generate sales leads through the channel partner network and ensure lead conversion.
Coordinate property site visits and assist channel partners throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leads, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Provide project updates, pricing, offers, and marketing materials to channel partners.
Resolve channel partner queries and ensure timely support for smooth transactions.
Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams for successful closures.
Track channel partner performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Organize channel partner engagement activities, events, and reward programs.
Ensure all documentation and booking formalities are completed accurately and on time.
