About the Role:
In this opportunity as an Implementation Consultant, you will:
Apply technical expertise and best practices to ensure successful client implementation of ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting software.
Deliver training in classroom and virtual environments (e.g. WebEx).
Lead larger client engagements and provide guidance to more junior Professional Services consultants.
Support technical issues escalated by the internal Support Desk.
Manage larger client implementations, ensuring time is logged accurately and budget overruns are identified and flagged promptly.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Qualified Services practice.
Lead or support the delivery of small to large global implementation projects, from kick-off through to go-live.
Deliver client workshops and training sessions, including in office sessions where required.
Support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Ensure successful knowledge transfer through effective training and sharing of best practices.
Ensure all training time is billed and charged to the correct training code in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
Assist development teams with product testing as required.
Contribute to product improvement by supporting the design, formulation, and execution of test strategies and test cases.
Collaborate with other global ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting Skilled Services teams.
Work as part of a project team to deliver client engagements under the guidance of the Project Office or Client Services Manager.
Partner with development teams to support testing and continuous product improv
