Proposed Profile: Sr. Facility Executive - Technical

Qualification / Experience: (preferred)
Diploma (Electrical) with minimum 2 years’ experience or
B. Tech. (Electrical) with minimum 1 Years’ experience

Technical Competency: (Should be conversant with most, if not all)
Well conversant with Facility Engineering Infrastructure including MEP (Electrical Distribution, UPS Units, Battery Systems, Critical & Comfort AC etc.), Fire Safety (Fire Alarm Systems, Detection Systems, VESDA & Suppression Systems)



& ELV Systems (CCTV & Access Control Systems, Water Leak Detection System, Rodent Repellant Systems etc.
Experienced in managing Operation & Maintenance of low side Engineering Infrastructure of facilities
Well versed with operation of BMS / Centralized Command Center
Sound knowledge of critical setting including UPS Rooms, Battery Rooms, IT Areas & Plant Rooms)
Good understanding of escalation processes for notifying stakeholders as per various alarm categories

Communication Skills:
Positive English reading, writing & speaking skills.
Identify and choose most appropriate canned responses and amend, as needed, in clear grammatically correct English

Comfortable with 24*7 365-day work schedules including India holidays and festivals
Work collaboratively with other members and stakeholders.
