Hands-on experience in VMC machining, milling, and precision component manufacturing.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, engineering blueprints, and GD&T; specifications.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a robust commitment to quality and safety standards.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with engineering and production personnel.
Prior experience in a precision machining, tool room, or manufacturing setting will be an added advantage.
