Role & responsibilities :
Handle RSVP management for wedding events.
Contact guests via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to confirm attendance.
Maintain and regularly update guest databases and RSVP trackers.
Coordinate with wedding planners and client servicing teams regarding guest confirmations and special requests.
Assist guests with travel, accommodation, venue details, and event schedules.
Respond to guest queries promptly and professionally.
Ensure accurate reporting of RSVP status and guest information.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth guest management before and during the events.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with VIP guests.

Preferred candidate profile :
Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management, Hospitality,



Tourism, Event Management preferred).
02 years of experience in Hospitality, Guest Relations, Customer Service, Events, Hotels, Airlines, or Front Office.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
