This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities




Build and maintain related-party and ownership structures for Audit and PE/VC clients and sponsors in FIRST.
Perform in-depth secondary research using reliable online sources and third-party tools (e.g., S&P; CapIQ).
Assess relationships for potential independence and conflict-of-interest risk; document evidence clearly and completely.
Maintain data quality through completeness checks, trackers, and ongoing updates.
Partner with QRM and stakeholders; communicate status, findings, and escalate issues appropriately.
Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or related field.
Experience in secondary research, entity/affiliate mapping, conflict checks, compliance, legal research, or risk analysis (preferred).
Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
