Role overview
Crowe’s Microsoft Consulting Practice is hiring an Agentic Business Process Analyst to help clients rethink how work gets done in the AI era. This is not a traditional business analyst role focused only on documenting requirements, writing user stories, or mapping current-state processes.
This role is for someone who can diagnose business problems, understand root causes, redesign processes, and identify where AI agents, automation, data, and human judgment should come together.
The ideal candidate is deeply functional, process-oriented, and comfortable enough with technology to work side by side with engineers, architects, and client IT teams. This person should be able to bridge business and technology, helping clients move from legacy workflows to intelligent, agent-enabled processes.
This role also has an internal transformation mandate. The person will help upskill Crowe Consulting teams that may be used to traditional ERP, CRM, or business application delivery. They will help consultants develop a more contemporary mindset: start with problems, then processes, then technology.
