Position: Hostel Warden

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure discipline.
Monitor students' attendance, safety, and well-being.
Enforce hostel rules and maintain a protected, clean, and secure setting.
Address student concerns, complaints, and emergencies promptly.
Coordinate with the Administration, Security, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
Maintain hostel records, room allotments, visitor registers, and inventory.
Organize hostel meetings and ensure proper communication with students and parents when required.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
Relevant experience in hostel administration or student affairs is preferred.

Skills:
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to handle emergencies and maintain discipline.
Basic computer proficiency and record-keeping skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
