Job Purpose: The Contract Administration Executive is responsible for assisting CZH in managing all aspects of contract execution and compliance. This role involves supporting in adherence to contractual obligations, coordination among stakeholders, supporting in invoicing and payment collection and support in resolution of disputes. The executive plays a crucial role in facilitating smooth project execution, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders,



and ensuring contractual compliance to support operational efficiency and success.

Responsibilities
Contract Admin Executive (Central & Site) - Mining

Contract Support and Compliance:

Understand contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are correctly interpreted and implemented.

Provide support in monitoring and maintaining contract documentation, ensuring timely updates and compliance with contractual obligations.

Coordination and Liaison:

Support in interfacing with Central Government (Nominated Authority, Ministry of Coal) for commercial coal blocks and between the Mine Owner and MDO for compliance of contractual obligations

Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among stakeholders by providing necessary updates and information.

Financial and Documentation Support:

Help manage financial transactions related to contracts, including tracking mining fees, a
