Key Responsibilities:
Academic Planning & Delivery
Prepare detailed lesson plans (daily, unit-wise, and annual) aligned with Board guidelines for Applied Mathematics.
Deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons using real-life applications, case studies, and technology integration.
Simplify complex mathematical concepts and promote analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills among students.




Integrate interdisciplinary approaches where relevant.

Student Development & Assessment
Assess and evaluate students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, projects, and practical applications.
Provide constructive feedback and remedial support where required.
Track individual student performance and identify learning gaps.
Prepare students effectively for board examinations and competitive environments.

Classroom Management
Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Display updated academic content such as formula charts, worksheets, schedules, and student work.
Ensure proper documentation including lesson plans, assessment records, and progress reports.
Prepare work plans in advance for substitute teachers in case of planned leave.
Collaboration & Communication
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
