Job Summary
Manages employees who are responsible for development projects, development teams and application support functions.

What You Will Do:
• Oversee application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs.
• Maximize staff contribution through qualified growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
• Analyze applications to ensure that all systems that are developed, meet business needs and specifications.




• Monitor and maintain adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.

Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired

What You Have:
Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.
Level Extensive Experience:
• Manages application-related issues, implications, and approaches with clients.
• Evaluates key interfaces and interdependencies among core applications systems.
• Explains features and advantages of core applications for consideration by business units.
• Implements existing and planned application enhancements in major business units.
• Tracks data flow between own applications and core applications in other business areas.
• Plans enhancement, conversion, and retirement strategies for core applicati
