Key Responsibilities
Teach core and elective courses in Marketing Management at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
Develop and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, assignments, and practical sessions aligned with the academic curriculum.
Enhance the learning experience through cutting-edge teaching methodologies, including multimedia tools, digital platforms, and experiential learning techniques.
Plan and prepare course materials in advance, including lecture schedules, topics, assessments, assignments, and presentations.
Conduct tests, evaluations, and academic assessments in accordance with institutional guidelines.
Guide and mentor students in academic projects, research activities, and career development.
Participate in curriculum development, academic research, and departmental initiatives.
Contribute actively to institutional events, seminars, workshops, conferences, and student activities.




Support the institution in administrative and academic responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized academic institution.
Robust subject expertise in Marketing Management.
Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
Solid analytical, strategic, and creative thinking abilities.
Ability to engage students through interactive and technology-enabled teaching methods.
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to academic and institutional growth.Demonstrated leadership qualities and professional ethics.
Experience in research publications, case writing, or industry engagement will be an added advantage.
