Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into the development process as appropriate.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration,



and excellence within the engineering team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development and engineering management.
Robust leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and contemporary development frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
