Job Profile Summary
This job description sets out the responsibilities of the Engineering & Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will be accountable for the engineering integrity of the business’s research and development laboratory and pilot plant equipment, associated infrastructure, and supporting systems based at Bengaluru. The role carries key accountability for compliance with applicable legislative, company, and site requirements. The post holder will act as the custodian of core engineering systems, processes, and procedures for the business, setting standards, implementing policy, and providing assurance across these areas.




The role will support the day-to-day engineering strategy, modifications, and reliability improvements for all R&D; assets, from pilot plants through to laboratory-scale equipment at the Bengaluru site. The post holder will also support the development and delivery of capital projects as required and provide engineering discipline leadership to ensure compliance with mechanical engineering standards across the Bengaluru site.
This is a hybrid role, combining leadership of a multi-disciplinary engineering team with an operational focus on safe, reliable, and compliant delivery.
