Business objectives• Identify, index and review market potential forwaterproofing/flooring/admixture products in Project Sales(Geography and Key Accounts)• Generate leads through direct project site visits and variousstakeholders like Project Sales Executives, Applicators andDealers• Conduct site inspection based on leads and make proposalsincluding sampling to convert sites• Focus on product mix and ensure product addition in Basic OrderQuantity (BOQ) of the siteTechnical Assistance• Provide technical assistance pre and post sales at the project sitesrelated to waterproofing/flooring/admixture• Undertake in office sampling for waterproofing/flooring/admixtureproducts to build customer confidenceMarket Development• Identify and engage with set of medium to large product applicators,consultants etc.



for the purpose of market expansion andupgradation• Build long term relationship with the identified set of stakeholdersthrough regular product training and in office assistance• Value Target forwaterproofing/flooring/admixture products inProject Sales • Minimum productlevel value targets • Stakeholder levelvalue targets • Product trainingplan compliance • Brief about products and systems with Specifiers and Consultantsto generate businessTraining• Identify and train Project Sales Applicators on practical applicationof waterproofing/flooring/admixture products at regular intervals• Coordinate with Marketing function to send out collaterals andrelevant training material to the ApplicatorsMarket Intelligence• Assist Marketing function in conducting product trials and buildinginferences on APL product strength vis-à-vis products in themarket• Identify non-APL business stakeholders and take measures toconvert to APL account through product demonstration initiatives• Integrate with Research and Technology function for current productdevelopment based on feedback of product trends in the market.
Essential• B.E / B. Tech (Civil)• Minimum of 45% marks throughout
