Candidate should have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on Successfactor Time and Time-off module and relevant SAP certification.



Should be able to understand and configure time evaluation/Time-off setup. Knowledge on EC is desirable.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a robust background in Employee Central (EC) and Time Tracking to lead implementations, optimizations, and support activities. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring HR modules, managing data migrations, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking modules.
Business Process Mapping: Work closely with stakeholders to translate HR business requirements into technical specifications.
Configuration & Customization: Manage Foundation Objects, MDF objects, Business Rules, Workflo
