Key Responsibilities
Own account strategy, P&L;, and growth plans focused on insurance modernization, Data, AI, and digital transformation.
Drive farming initiatives by identifying and converting AI/Data-led opportunities into current business.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Oversee delivery, governance, resource planning, and account performance.
Lead and mentor a global matrix team of professionals across Data Engineering, Data Visualization, and Data Science.
Ideal Profile
20+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years in P&C; Insurance.
Proven success managing large strategic accounts with P&L; ownership and revenue growth.
Solid understanding of up-to-date data architectures (Data Mesh, Lakehouse), GenAI, Guidewire/Duck Creek data models, and insurance regulations (IFRS 17, GDPR).
Demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale transformation programs and managing global teams.
