Daily checking of dispatchable stock against pending order and plan dispatches accordingly.
Daily SKU’s STO to CWH in co-ordination with Sales Team.
Co-ordination with domestic sales team for smoothly above activities.
Make arrangement of necessary resources like packing materials, manpower etc.

Export

Prepare Invoices for monthly dispatch plan.
Co-ordination with Area In charge for Invoicing.
Arrange daily packing as per invoices and dispatch priority.
Co-ordination with logistic and planning team for timely dispatches.
Make arrangement of resources like packing materials, promotional items, manpower etc.
Send daily dispatches report and readiness to concern persons.

General Management





Assist in running an productive warehouse operation which is able to fulfil operational and customer demand and meet set targets.
Ensure the delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production schedules.
Ensure inventories in area of responsibility are accurate.
Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately.
Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required
Ensure that health and safety meets the required standards and carry out risk assessments.
Ensure that vehicles, machinery and equipment is well maintained and fit for purpose
Ensure a clean and tidy working setting to aid operational efficiency
Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies as and when required in a timely way. Travel – Required
