Role Description The Project Architect will lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept development through construction documentation and execution. This full time, on-site role in Current Delhi involves preparing design proposals, detailed drawings, and specifications, and ensuring that technical standards and local regulations are met.



The Project Architect will manage project timelines, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams, and oversee submittals and approvals. Responsibilities include integrating sustainable design principles where applicable, reviewing BIM models, and monitoring quality throughout the project lifecycle. The role also requires active participation in client meetings, translating client requirements into effective design solutions, and supporting junior team members with guidance and review.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and knowledge of building codes and standards.
Experience with Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and oversight of project deliverables.
