Key Responsibilities : 1. Training and Development● Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Uber Ads& Campaigns , focusing on advanced product features,



campaign optimization, and platform-specific strategies.● Develop training modules that highlight the unique features and advantages of Ads ● Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment of training materials with industry best practices.2. Current Hire Management● Lead onboarding and training for recent hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the Uber Ads ecosystem.● Monitor and evaluate the performance of new hires during their initial training period, providing targeted coaching and support as needed.● Develop retention strategies to improve engagement and reduce attrition among new hires.3. Performance Improvement● Analyze team performance data to identify quartile trends and skill gaps, creating customized training solutions to elevate performance.● Implement advanced coaching techniques to improve individual and team metrics, including Quality Score, Return on Ad Spend (
