Description
Essential Duties
Develop process automation tools and processes using VBA Excel Macros, Python, SQL, PowerBI, and other tools as needed.
Enhance and maintain existing VBA Excel Macros, Python programs and other tools as needed.
Work with stakeholders to uncover all requirements and develop iteratively towards a user accepted product.
Develop tools that are easy to maintain and enhance over time.
Address and find solutions to bugs and issues in VBA Macros, Python programs, SQL queries, PowerBI dashboards, etc. in a timely manner.
Write documentation for current and existing process automation tools and processes.
Assists in uncovering issues, evaluates various courses of action, and promotes the best option for resolution.
Becomes aware on how to locate and define current process improvement opportunities
Acquires data from primary and secondary data sources and assists in analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Effectively use data visualization, in summaries and or dashboards to enhance translation of data and findings.




Performs data profiling and root cause analysis to identify and understand anomalies
Aids in preparing reports on data summaries, changes, and trends for use by management. Works collaboratively to provide assessment and recommendations to management.
Works to help resolve issues arising from internal department functions, or as brought forth by internal or external customers to assigned department.
Tracks issues to resolution within department and in partnership with other groups.
Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements.
Assists with special projects within assigned department or as part of cross-functional teams as required or assigned.
Works as part of a team to determine areas of risk as current or changed processes are implemented.
