About The Role

The Standards & Innovation team sits at the intersection of design, strategy, and operations. We define architectural standards, prototype recent workplace concepts, and evolve WeWork’s global design language to ensure consistency, flexibility, and innovation across our portfolio. WeWork India is seeking a Lead,



Architecture to support the development, documentation, and evolution of architectural standards and design innovations across our global portfolio. This role is ideal for an early-career architect with strong design fundamentals, a systems-oriented mindset, and an interest in workplace strategy and scalable design solutions.You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, workplace strategists, engineers, and operations teams to help translate design vision into repeatable, high-quality built environments.
