Job Description

Leads, motivates, and develops the Nielsen Payroll team members in the BPO model.

Experience in an outsourced/insourced payroll process model.
Manages the operations of Nielsen Payroll for multiple affiliated companies and legal

entities, which include monthly India payroll processing, international cycles, incentives,

statutory deductions, and taxes consistent with local and regional wage and hour laws.





Directs and oversees the execution of distinct payroll workflows for multiple worker

classifications, ensuring accurate processing for salaried specialists, hourly

tracking/overtime compliance, and specialized compensation/stipends for interns.

Annual Bonus/Merit process coordination, Internal/External Audit participation.
Establishes and maintains internal policies and processes to ensure the quality, timeliness

and accuracy of Payroll data collection, processing, accounting, reporting, distribution and

payments, including, but not limited to calendar and processing deadlines, timekeeping and

hours paid or accrued on periodic and incentive payrolls, payments to vendors, and related

auditing processes.

Global payroll management, including hands on processing.
Performs selected self-assessment and audit procedures of payrolls across all entities and

employee types to increase
