We are seeking for QAD developer with hands on experience in QAD, Development, MFG/pro, QAD Enterprise edition.

What You'll Do:
Contribute towards project success by implementing, customizing and maintaining
QAD-related functionality with standard QAD or (if justifiable) through developing Customizations.
Experience of working closely with functional leaders at Operational Level.
Can collaborate and work closely with QAD and/or other areas/teams.
Train, Guide, mentor and collaborate with Jrs. get them onboard.
Contribute in Business process change or optimization
Ensure quality and documentation around the projects that get handed over to support.
Expertise You'll Bring:
8 to 10yrs of overall experience with minimum of 8 years into programming and
development on QAD (and Mfg/Pro).
Hands-on experience with non-intrusive programming viz. ICT.
Knowledge of skills like EDI, Qxtend, Excelerator, QRF, Maintenance, Inquiry, Browse
etc is ideal.
Min 3 yrs experience leading,
mentoring, guiding the team.
Exposure to integration projects.
A broad range of QAD knowledge with decent know how about areas like Supply
chain, Sales & Distribution, Finance.
Hands-on experience with QAD Enterprise Edition (QAD EE).
Hands-on experience with QAD EE development using tools like QRF
Valuable knowledge of QAD product to configure/setup catering to business needs.
An analytical approach to problem solving.
