Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React JS to lead the development of a new digital product. This role involves architectural decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and develop complex, scalable web applications using React JS.
Lead frontend development efforts and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and maintainability of applications.




Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in frontend development.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in frontend development with a solid focus on React JS.
Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
Deep understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Experience with frontend architecture, performance optimization, and testing frameworks.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and other contemporary frontend tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development practices.
