Job Description
This role is responsible for delivering core benefit design & planning initiatives to all plan participants by applying professional judgment, knowledge, experience and a broad perspective. The individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of retirement plans and programs including vendor management, compliance, project management, strategic planning and design and communication. In addition, the individual will be responsible for implementing, managing and developing cutting-edge solutions that support the business unit strategy and design by applying thought leadership and their subject matter expertise.

Role Summary





The Manager – Benefits & Wellness will be responsible for designing, administering, and continuously improving Allstate India's employee perks programs and wellness initiatives. This is a strategic and operational role that requires deep expertise in Indian statutory benefits, market best practices, and holistic employee wellbeing frameworks. The incumbent will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and global Total Rewards teams to deliver a competitive, compliant, and employee-centric benefits experience.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits Program Design & Administration
Own the end-to-end administration of all employee benefits including Group Health Insurance (GHI), Group Term Life (GTL), Group Personal Accident (GPA), and supplemental coverage plans.
Lead annual perks renewals — including vendor negotiations, RFP/RFQ processes, plan redesign, and cost benchmarking — to ensur
