We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our growing data team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and familiarity with Snowflake is a strong advantage. You will play a key role in building data pipelines, delivering analytical insights, and empowering data -driven decisions across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage robust data pipelines and workflows for data integration, transformation, and loading.
Develop, design, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and Tableau workbooks for performance and usability.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Leverage Python for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics when necessary.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure high data quality, integrity, and governance across all reporting layers.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts,



and business teams to design scalable data solutions.
Work with cloud data platforms like Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics (valuable to have).

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
3–6 years of skilled experience in data engineering or data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and perform data modelling.
Strong hands -on experience with Tableau for visualization and reporting.
Solid programming experience in Python for data processing and analysis.
Positive understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data warehousing, and cloud data ecosystems.
Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross -functional teams.
