About the Role

Virtual Admins Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QuickBooks Operations Specialist to support our international clients with bookkeeping, process documentation, client communication, and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role requires excellent communication skills, robust organizational abilities, and the confidence to work directly with U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping
Perform bookkeeping data entry and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online.
Record journal entries and reconcile financial data as required.
Maintain accounting spreadsheets and financial tracking reports.




Generate basic financial reports, including:
Profit & Loss Statements
Balance Sheets
Other management reports as required
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

SOP & Process Documentation
Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Document client workflows, internal processes, and operational guidelines.
Develop process manuals, checklists, and training documentation.
Identify process improvement prospects and update documentation accordingly.

Client Communication & Operations Support
Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients through email and virtual meetings.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Coordinate tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Support day-to-day administrative and back-office operations.
