Job Description – Bid Co-ordinator

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Enablement CoE team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Candidates must be able to work UK business hours (i.e. 11:30AM – 8:30PM IST/7AM – 4PM GMT) and may occasionally need to work beyond those hours to meet deadlines.
The Sales Enablement CoE supports various Marsh businesses worldwide primarily across Proposal & Bid Management, Client Research and Creative Services.

The purpose of this role is to provide bid co-ordination and content management support to our Marsh Risk teams based in the UK.

We will count on you to:
Support our team of onshore bid managers, based in the UK, with proposal related administrative support. This will include:
Using our bid and reporting tools (QorusDocs / RMI tool) to produce first draft proposals and complete ITT requests for clients and prospects.
Assisting in the project management of RFP submissions- working to project timelines,



coordinating with Bid Managers/relevant stakeholders and facilitating meetings
Shadowing and supporting bid managers on RFPs by inserting standard content as needed; creating diagrams in PowerPoint; providing project-management assistance and managing CV ownership.
Supporting with the completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and other supplier questionnaires using firm level responses.
Maintaining the team work tracker, ensuring that all ongoing and completed RFPs are recorded accurately with up-to-date status’.
Using content management tools like QorusDocs and SlideSeeker to manage and maintain content which is needed in the production of RFP responses and pitch presentations.
Working closely with our bid managers and designers based in Mumbai and the UK, who will be using this centralised content for RFPs / pitch-deck activities.
