About the Role

The Site Reliability Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Pune City, India. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure for industrial connectivity platforms and services. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting incidents, automating operations workflows,



and collaborating with software development and system administration teams to improve reliability and availability. The Site Reliability Engineer will also help establish best practices for observability, incident management, and capacity planning, and contribute to ongoing improvements in deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

Monitor alerts, triage incidents, and restore service using runbooks.
Perform secure production changes following ISO processes.
Operate AWS resources, OS & VM management.
Troubleshoot Kubernetes, networking, messaging, and database issues.
Manage TLS certificates, DNS routing updates, and cloud networking.
Maintain observability dashboards & improve alert quality.
Participate in on-call rotations post business hours.
Provide complete audit-ready evidence for changes/incidents.
Contribute to platform reliability improvements & runbook updates.
Maintain the DRP.
